Welcome to MLC Marshmead
Marshmead is situated on a 114 hectare farm, bordered by the Croajingolong National Park and the Mallacoota Inlet, in far East Gippsland, Victoria. Students and staff live in a small village in which residential accommodation and classrooms are clustered around a central facilities building. Marshmead accommodates approximately 70 students each term for a unique eight week experience.
The primary goal of the Marshmead program is to have students explore the concept of ‘personal footprint’ including what one’s footprint encompasses and how it delivers consequences to others and the environment. The program is delivered within the context of a secure and challenging environment.
